Harpaul (Paul) Gill, MD

Dr. Paul Gill is a board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist at Atlanta Cancer Care who specializes in the treatment of patients with lung cancer, gastrointestinal cancers, genitourinary cancers, melanoma, and malignant and benign blood disorders. Dr. Gill trained at Emory University in Atlanta under some of the nation’s leading cancer researchers and clinical investigators. During his training, he developed a passion for cancer research and providing patients with access to the latest treatment options through clinical trials.

Today, Dr. Gill continues to focus on advancing cancer care for patients throughout the Atlanta community. He is an active member of several Northside Cancer Institute research working groups, including lung cancer, genitourinary cancer, and melanoma. He also serves as the principal investigator for several clinical trials across the Northside Cancer Institute network. Providing patients with access to promising new therapies and innovative cancer treatments through clinical trials is one of Dr. Gill’s greatest passions. He works to bring new treatment opportunities to patients close to home while continuing to provide compassionate, personalized cancer care.

Dr. Gill is also passionate about patient education and communication. Throughout his career, he has cared for patients from many different backgrounds and understands the importance of providing clear, direct information about a cancer diagnosis and treatment options. He believes patients and their families should feel informed and empowered when making decisions about their healthcare. Through shared decision-making, Dr. Gill partners with patients to help them better understand their care and take an active role throughout their cancer journey at Atlanta Cancer Care.
