We are an outpatient Hematology/Oncology practice with seven locations around metro Atlanta and are affiliated with Northside Hospital Cancer Institute. Make a difference in the lives of our patients! Full-time position available at our Canton office location on the NSH Cherokee campus. Work 4 days at the office and one day remotely.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive physical examinations of hematology and oncology patients; prescribe all necessary medications and treatments; develop and implement patient management policies and procedures; facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities; communicate with collaborative physician or specialist regarding patient care.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hematology/oncology, hospitalist or internal medicine preferred. Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with current PA or NP license. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build rapport with patients, peers, and staff. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
