Atlanta Cancer Care always values the comments, thoughts and ideas of our patients and their families. We periodically formally request this feedback with a Patient Satisfaction Survey. In our most recent survey over 95% of respondents felt the staff were courteous, their wait to see the doctor was minimal, their physician effectively communicated with them and that treatments and procedures were clearly explained before they were begun.

"I never dreamed of having cancer… but it's nice to know there is a place with knowledgeable, caring, professional people that go through the journey with you. Dr. Austin is great. I am very lucky to have such a great doctor."

"This is the best medical facility (cancer care of otherwise) that I have used in Atlanta. The doctor and medical staff are excellent. Services are very well organized. Exam room, lab and infusion center are spotlessly clean."

Dr. Carter and staff are truly the standard by which medical services should be measured. Cancer is not just a physical disease~it's an emotional one as well. Dr. Carter and staff always deal with this aspect of treatment, both for the patient and the patient's family. While going to the doctor is never a joyfully aticipated event, a visit to Dr. C is always concluded with a smile and a sense of well-being." (Conyers)

"I think everyone involved with my care has been superb. Everyone from front desk to nurses to Dr. Seay has been very nice. All the nurses (Brenda, Sharon, Ann, Cindy, etc.) have been excellent and very caring. I think they are all really nice people to begin with and that definitely carries over to their nursing at ACC.
