Please have your Atlanta Cancer Care account number available, as well as either your date of birth or the last four digits of your Social Security Number for verification purposes. Your Atlanta Cancer Care account number appears on your statement, or can be obtained by contacting our Business Office at 404-419-1140.

For any questions concerning refunds of payments made online, please contact our Business Office at 404-419-1140. If it is determined that an overpayment has been made, a refund check will be issued within 45 days of the determination.
